    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

    The program prepares participants for roles of growing responsibility through assignments, structured learning, and formalized feedback. You will have the opportunity to harmonize with document management systems team and IT leaders and participate in various key System analysis and Devops initiatives.

    The internship program offers participants an outstanding chance to create results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ownership of DevOps program in Documentum.

    • Learn the essentials of a variety of programming concepts: databases, security, services, and networking

    • Be vigilant on recognizing the impacts of a solution or improvement on cost, maintenance, and scalability

    • Research and document solutions for both beginner and experienced team members

    • Research and analyze DevOps solution market and trends, the users, and the roadmap for the product

    • Planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

    • Demonstrate Object-oriented programming to enhance business processes.

    SKILLS EMPLOYED IN THIS JOB WILL INCLUDE:

    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

    • Participate in brainstorming meetings and daily scrums.

    • Troubleshoot application issues and report technical findings to development team.

    • Writing code from scratch to create dev-ops modules as per requirements

    • Understanding and employing efficiencies that will make code run fast while maintaining precision

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Currently enrolled in Bachelor or master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.

    • Must be self-motivated and willing to learn

    • Must embrace team spirit and have strong interpersonal skills.

    • Experience working on any object-oriented programming language (Java, Python)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

    • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

    • Basic knowledge in documenting SDLC documents

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of Linux, Ansible, Jenkins and GIT essentials

    • Knowledge of network essentials (how to find an IP, diagnosing connection issues)

    • Familiarity with available Open-Source solutions that will boost the team’s efficiency.

    • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.

    • Preferred language: English

    • 0+ years of experience

    The salary range estimated for this position is $25.25-26.50 This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
