Training and Instructional Design Internship
This internship will help create and deliver training for the AEM6 content management software upgrade which is scheduled to be completed during Q2 of 2019. During this upgrade the intern will assist the CDT training team in developing SOPs, Job Aids, PowerPoint presentations and deliver the training as eLearning videos or through conference calls. The intern will also become a specialist with the new tool to help support daily questions from the content authors. The Day-In-The-Life of the intern will consist of working within a KanBan board to deliver documentation for new components, web designed templated, and authoring guidelines. Daily standup meeting will help keep the team and intern organized to deliver content on time. Good communication skills and work ethic will be needed as the team will need to support a large variety of issues and peoples on a daily basis. The intern might also help monitor intake questions during support times.
