This will require a combination of classroom and on the job training over a 4-year period. Requirements: * Ability to commit to the long-term program * Ability to attend classes (2) nights per week * Self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic * Ability to modify work hours as needed Apprentice Wage Progression: Starting pay rate is $15.22 per hour with gradual increases every six months.
