    Job Description

    This role is in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Working remotely is available Wednesday and Friday.

    The Data Entry Specialist will provide support to the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources department. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing files and databases. This is a full-time position.

    Job Description:

    • Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
    • Performs high-volume data entry using Google Workspace tools, ADP Successfactors, HR Connect and other database and software systems.
    • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
    • Reviews data for errors, missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
    • Maintains a filing system and protects confidential information.
    • Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
    • Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
    • Engage in collections activities on past due accounts and accounts over credit limit.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information
    • Proficient or fluent in the French language a plus

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED certificate
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
    • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
    • Experience with Google Workspace tools, ADP Successfactors, HR Connect is a plus
