Position Purpose:
This position works independently with small teams to support Veolia Operations at the Sauget Plant.

Primary Duties/responsibilities:

• Tests stabilization recipes of incoming wastes
• Evaluates compatibility of wastes together
• Evaluates costs of treatments
• Assists in sourcing alternative reagents to be tested as well
• Works on water addition % and usage of leachate instead of water
• Supports Operating Procedures
• Enters data in relevant dashboards
• Other duties as assigned .

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background:

• Majoring in Biology or Chemistry
• HS Diploma or G.E.D.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Well with Others
• Willingness to Learn New Skills and Technologies
• Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Google Sheets or (Ability to Apply MS Excel Skills to Google Sheets)
• GMail (preferred)
• Wonderware
• Bomgar Representative Console
