    Job Description

    Position Purpose:

    Change Management Internship: Onboarding, strengthening company culture, etc.

    Internships/Co-Ops at Veolia: Provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in at least one career function from Corporate, Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain or Technology.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

    • You will work alongside change managers (internal and consultants) to support an ongoing program to minimize disruption and increase adoption across business and technical functions.
    • Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with program team members to ensure organizational change for programs is executed optimally.
    • Engage within the Veolia team members to foster cross-team and multi-functional collaboration and alignment.
    • Support areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development.
    • Provide aid to change agent networks for initiatives as appropriate.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a similar degree.

    Internships/Co-Ops are focused on learning and exposure to fundamental business processes and procedures. Candidates may support any of the Veolia North America business functions. During the matching process we will work to have you Intern/Co-Op in the business function of most interest to you.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience/Background:

    • Working towards a four year degree and you have Junior status in a related major. Example: If the internship is in electrical engineering, you are a junior working towards an electrical engineering (or similar such as electronics engineering) degree.
    • 3.2 Cumulative G.P.A preferred.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation and facilitation skills / Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
    • Writing and research skills a plus.
