    Position Purpose:

    The HR Data and Analytics Manager will manage all elements of HR data structure and governance with a key focus on accuracy, reporting, and analytics for Veolia North America. You will work with HR and business partners to design, develop, implement, and maintain all data management, governance, reporting, and analytics needed to drive the business forward.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for defining, managing, communicating and auditing HR data structure and accuracy with business partners.
    • Build and maintain data structure, governance and data processes for North America and in line with the global group.
    • Define detailed reporting and dashboard requirements, analyze business needs, consider current and future business implications, translate functional into technical requirements, validate solutions, and drive business process improvement efforts.
    • Manages analysts to perform full employee lifecycle data analysis, develop metrics and reporting to support talent decisions.
    • Partner and lead all audit, union and legal data requests.
    • Manage all HR data privacy and compliance requirements.
    • Develop, maintain documented controls around data integrity, reporting, audits and compliance.
    • Oversee and coordinate all annual, quarterly and monthly reporting requirements, to include ad hoc reports, core HR KPIs and business unit metrics and dashboards.
    • Maintain knowledge of market data and peer benchmarks, sharing best practices and recommendations to leadership.
    • Summarise key findings and insights for reports and presentations to senior leadership.
    • Promotes a data-driven culture through educating key partners on adhering to data policies and procedures.
    • Lead data and analytics efforts for HCM system implementation.
    • Partner on key HR projects as needed.

    Work Environment:

    • This is a hybrid position based in an office work environment
    • There is one (1) position open and it can be filled in either Milwaukee, WI or Paramus, NJ
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience/Background:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field with a Master’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 5+ years of functional data analysis.
    • 3 years of management experience.
    • Human Resource Data experience preferred.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Advanced knowledge of database design, SQL, and PL/SQL.
    • Experience with data warehouses, enterprise systems, and a variety of reporting, statistical and analytical tools, such as Business Intelligence platforms and Google Analytics.
    • Demonstrated statistical and quantitative skills. Ability to quickly analyze and integrate information from relevant and sometimes disparate sources.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
    • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
    • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams(s) and encourage cooperation from divergent stakeholders.
