    Department: Sales-MACI Office: Cambridge The Manager of Sales Training and Advocacy Development is an integral MACI leadership position within Commercial Operations. This position works closely with the Sales Team, as well as Key Opinion Leaders and other Healthcare Professionals. The role includes the coordination of the MACI speaker bureau with activities that include surgeon and HCP training, as well as all peer to peer programing. The position is responsible for the design and execution of sales training for the MACI team, and working cross functionally with the MACI brand team. Core Responsibilities: Advocacy and Peer to Peer Program Management Lead development of all MACI brand peer to peer program offerings for orthopedic surgeons and other ancillary healthcare professionals, including execution of programs and budget management. Maintenance and continual refinement all MACI HCP speaker training and educational content to ensure consistency with strategic brand needs. Manage MACI speaker bureau; includes collaboration with sales team to identify, recruit, and develop new brand speakers and advocates. Coordinate all MACI Speaker Bureau activities including relationship building, contracting, training and deployment. Manage relationships with key physicians / brand advocates and provide access to help fulfill commercial need. In addition to speaking, may include sales training, consulting, development or editing of educational and promotional content, etc. Sales Training Management Work in close collaboration with Sales Managers, and Brand Leadership to identify MACI sales training needs Manage and identify internal and external resources to develop necessary content to meet all training needs. Work closely with National Sales Director and Operations staff to coordinate and execute all sales training programs. Multi-phase new hire training programs Customer engagement training Professional development initiatives Manage regional field trainer (RFT) development and activities to ensure new Cell Therapy Specialists are properly trained. Lead planning and coordination effort for national sales meetings and all sales training meetings. Lead development of CTS workshops at sales training meetings, including national sales meetings, to ensure consistent critical resources and messages are implemented as well as consistent and compliant behaviors are established. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in a Business or Science field A minimum of 3 years of surgical or biotech sales, orthopedic / sports medicine experience preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales training experience Strong analytical background Proficiency in a wide range of software applications (i.e. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems etc.) Advanced Excel skills Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple conflicting priorities Team player, with proven ability to work collaboratively, in partnership and manage crisis. Prior experience in advocacy development and working with KOLs. Experience in training and educating new sales employee.
