    Job Description

    Mission of the Role:

    The Feasibility Associate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team by completing feasibility questionnaires and other feasibility related tasks. As new clinical trials are identified by our Business Development team, you will be a crucial part of ensuring that sites within the M3 Wake Research Network are selected for participation. You will form relationships with all our 26 sites located across the US and each of our Principal Investigators, to better understand their capabilities, wants, and needs for upcoming clinical trials. You will use your knowledge of the site make-up, the Principal Investigator’s experience, and past metrics to complete feasibility questionnaires and other related documents.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Including, but not limited to the following:

    • Liaison between Business Development team and site facing team to determine interest in upcoming clinical trials.
    • Promote M3 Wake Research sites during interactions with external clients.
    • Use past metrics to determine the best sites for each opportunity.
    • Prompt completion of feasibility questionnaires and other feasibility related documents.
    • Accurate upkeep of Salesforce data and any other necessary data related to feasibility.
    • Ability to pull reports from multiple different platforms as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
    • CRO, Pharmaceutical, and/or Site level experience is required. Feasibility specific experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM
    • Knowledge and experience with Clinical Conductor or other similar CTMS
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with research databases such as Citeline, Global Data, and Zymewire.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb computer literacy.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • An interest in the clinical trial landscape.
