    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The FOX Ad Sales team in Los Angeles has a great opportunity for a Coordinator to support executives on the Ad Sales and Entertainment Partnerships team. In this exciting role, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, as well as have the opportunity to work on internal events and special projects. This is a high-interaction role that will connect with varying departments and levels within the company - quality in both written and verbal communications is a key trait for this position.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Represent the EVP and SVP professionally and efficiently; serve as the eyes and ears of the EVP and SVP, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity

    • Manage two busy calendars of appointments, including internal and external meetings, both virtual and in person

    • Anticipate and prepare executives’ daily schedule of meetings and priorities, serving as gatekeeper for internal and external demands on executives’ time and exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

    • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.

    • Coordinate all aspects for business travel and prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports (may also assist 3 other VP’s as needed)

    • Determine priority of matters of attention for the EVP and SVP; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.

    • Coordinate work with other departments/verticals and offices (NY, Chicago, Detroit) within Ad Sales and support other department Executives as needed

    • Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.

    • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of meeting summaries.

    • Coordinate with IT for the needs of the LA-based teams

    • Prepare and update Excel, and PowerPoint presentations as needed

    • Assist the team at client and internal events, including acting as liaison with external clients, vendors and venues as needed.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • 1+ year of administrative experience within a professional workplace

    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment

    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within FOX across Sales, Portfolio Marketing, PR, Research, and more, to have full knowledge of sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for Fox Entertainment Sales & Partnerships

    • Excellent communication (written and presentation) skills

    • A creative spirit and a passion for entertainment and sports content

    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Google Suite

    Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-26.45 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
