    JOB DESCRIPTION

    MarVista Entertainment is seeking an experienced coordinator to support its Content Operations team. This role will track all films from pre-production through post-production, and assist in the final internal and external delivery ensuring that all necessary paper documentation is organized to company standards. The person in this role will need to be organized, detail-oriented, pro-active, and with the ability to exercise good judgment and communication.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist the Schedule B Manager(s) and Director of Content Operations with production and legal paperwork delivery by:

      • Coordinating the main and end credits through internal review process

      • Building and maintaining organization of network folders and tracking documents

      • Issuing complete delivery letters

      • Obtaining signatures for documents

    • Centralizing and organizes information and documentation in internal systems and tracking documents

    • Engage with all internal departments (Business and Legal Affairs, Content Ops, Post Production, Creative, Marketing) to assist the internal workflows, ensuring all information and documents are available for downstream activities and servicing needs

    • Coordinate delivery out of paper documentation to 3rd parties

    • Other duties as assigned by the Content Operations Manager(s) and Director

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 1 year of related experience with high-volume production/coordination.

    • Familiarity with motion picture legal documentation (Chain of Title, Credit Obligations, Music Cue Sheets and Music Licenses, E&O Insurance, etc.)

    • Ability to prioritize and apply appropriate resources where needed.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly.

    • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
