    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Fox is seeking a Coordinator, Distribution to join our team. The Coordinator, Distribution will support the Distribution staff in New York. This position is responsible for submitting contract request forms, network launch/billing paperwork, compliance initiatives, tracking monthly subscriber activity, and general account maintenance. This position will also handle administrative functions and provide crucial support services, such as calendar management, processing of expense reports, fulfilling ticket requests, and other general office duties.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process network launches, deauthorizations, billing modifications, and assorted change requests for existing affiliates through FOX accounting and network operations departments
    • In partnership with the Business Affairs team, manage all aspects of the contract generation and fulfillment process
    • Spearhead on-boarding process for new affiliates, including technical validation, facilitation of credit checks, launch form processing, and account creation within Coral MSP database
    • Monitor monthly subscriber activity and analyze subscriber reports for East Region distributors using Salesforce and Coral MSP databases
    • Lead channel lineup audit process and tracking of contractual obligations
    • Help identify new business opportunities and create effective strategies to communicate the value of FOX networks and services to targeted accounts
    • Prepare email communication related to satellite receiver testing, game schedules, and scheduling changes/conflicts during Big Ten college football season. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues on game days outside of normal business hours
    • Liaise with Distribution Marketing department to deliver network branded premium items, creative assets, and sales materials to affiliates
    • Collaborate with Accounting and Legal department to deliver and track delinquent payment notices to MVPDs
    • Executive support includes calendar management, arranging business travel, expense reports, phones, client ticket management
    • General Administrative support - monitor regional database and VIP mailing lists, mailing, filing, and copying, compose routine correspondence, spreadsheet applications, and other general office duties. Manage special events as needed, ticket management and distribution, coordination at client event venues, client travel, etc. Limited travel to events as needed to assist with client entertainment and hosting
    • Provide general administrative support for Los Angeles-based executives when visiting the New York office

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • Prior contract management experience a plus, or experience working with legal documents, redlines, and/or accounting department
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must possess a high level of attention to detail, and solid organizational and follow-up skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Must be a proven self-starter, able to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Must be able to independently prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Must be able to interact professionally with senior-level executives and work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of reliability and project management required
    • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%) required

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
