    JOB DESCRIPTION FOX Sports is looking for a Coordinator, Programming Scheduling to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Coordinator, Programming Scheduling, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling responsibilities of FOX Sports Racing and SiriusXM Radio. You will handle long-term planning for select FOX Sports properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and monitoring various information departmental databases/points of contact.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Input and review assigned properties for FOX, FOX Sports 1, and FOX Sports 2
    • Create, assign traffic/house numbers, and track closed captioning needs for assigned properties
    • Schedule contingency programming for networks
    • Draft, input, and distribute FOX Sports Racing and SiriusXM Radio schedule
    • Support the tracking and inputting of competitive schedule into the scheduling system
    • Organize and maintain the FOX Sports scheduling website- uploading reports to website, coordinates release of monthly schedules
    • Monitor departmental mailbox
    • Serve as a liaison with channel listings services
    • Support senior staff during live broadcast network events

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • A minimum of 1+ years experience in television programming is preferred
    • Previous experience in or knowledge of sports
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Resourceful and quick-thinking research skills
    • The ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints
