    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a Production Assistant to be a part of our Shoots team. This team supports multiple groups within FOX Entertainment in facilitating EPK, BTS, and large-scale shoots for On-Air, MultiPlatform, Tubi, Public Relations, and Social. These materials are used to help create Entertainment award-winning campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to see and learn the in's and out's of how Fox Entertainment creates content through a production/promotion lens, and we want someone who is eager to learn and ready to join in and hit the ground running.

    A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain shoots schedule
    • Onboard new Production Companies as well as individual operators (camera/sound/prompter/etc)
    • Coordinate Pre-Pro meetings for all upcoming shoots
    • Maintain vendor document-reflecting what crew worked on what shoots
    • Provide on-the-ground support on internal shoots when needed-this can include carrying equipment, setting up craft services, escorting talent to and from location, etc.
    • Get studio drive-ons for talent and crew
    • Arrange for a courier to pick up/deliver shoot drives

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organized
    • Willingness to work after hours and on weekends
    • Timely communication
    • Can-do attitude
