    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Join Tubi (www.tubi.tv), a division of FOX Entertainment, a premium streaming service leading the charge in making entertainment accessible to all. Headquartered in San Francisco, Tubi is an ad-supported video on demand (AVOD) service with movies and television shows. With over 35,000 titles from every major Hollywood studio, Tubi gives fans of movies and television shows an easy way to discover new content that is available completely free.     ABOUT THE ROLE

    Tubi seeks experienced and talented MBA Interns for our Business Operations & Strategy, Content, & Product groups. Candidates can specify which group they are interested in or can apply to the posting to be considered for all MBA level positions. Details for each team below:

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS & STRATEGY

    The BizOps team is responsible for projects touching all key groups at Tubi including Content, Sales, BD, Growth, & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business strategy at the intersection of technology and entertainment. Candidates should possess business creativity, exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize learnings into actionable insights. This MBA Intern will join this small but influential group at Tubi.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities with a focus on business / financial modeling and business case development of new market, product, content, and technology opportunities across Tubi
    • Stay on top of consumer, technology, and market trends and provide insights on opportunities and implications; frequently and systematically track competitors
    • Build models to forecast and predict impact of specific initiatives
    • Gather market diligence and support team with market and financial analysis
    • Synthesize data and analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable KPIs
    • Create and present recommendations via effective and persuasive presentations

    CONTENT ACQUISITION & PARTNERSHIPS

    The Content Acquisition & Partnerships team sources and secures all licensed content for Tubi and facilitates the onboarding of Tubi's content partners. As a member of this team, you will support the content acquisition executives throughout all related steps of sourcing content for the Tubi platform and acquisition process. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and is a passionate consumer of film and television with experience in a high-volume transactional environment.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor the content marketplace and assess new opportunities in film and television
    • Support the Content Acquisition team with all stages of sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and deal follow-through
    • Synthesize high-level deals, key objectives, results and insights for senior management
    • Identify opportunities to grow relationships with Tubi's existing content partners and establish relationships with new partners

    CONTENT PLANNING & ANALYSIS

    The Content Planning & Analysis team oversees the planning, scheduling, curation and data & analytics of content throughout its lifecycle on Tubi. This includes analysis for all stages of Content deals from inception through performance, and programming for the vast catalog of Tubi movies and TV series. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine curiosity, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team through data-driven analysis.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete projects related to content pricing and planning analysis to inform high-value deal negotiations
    • Collaborate with Content Analytics to track performance of Tubi's growing content portfolio and provide analysis to cross-functional teams
    • Deep dive into content trends to identify performance drivers and opportunities for increased viewership
    • Create effective presentations and present actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders as needed.

    PRODUCT MANAGER

    Tubi's Product Team is focused on making Tubi the most personalized, loved entertainment platform on the planet. As a member of the Product Team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners from across the company to develop features that delight our audience. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, creative, curious, analytical, and adept at making data-driven decisions while leading with influence.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify meaningful product opportunities (user needs, desires, and pain points), using a data-driven and customer-centric approach
    • Conduct user interviews to gather customer feedback and validate ideas
    • Prioritize potential product solutions using a structured approach
    • Craft compelling, data-driven product narratives and present them to senior executives throughout the company
    • Create detailed product documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams-including design, engineering, research, and various business functions-to bring your ideas to life
    • Work with leaders within the product team to develop a roadmap for your product area

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    • Enrolled in a full-time, top-tier MBA program
    • Top consulting or I-Banking experience a plus
    • Outstanding record of academic achievement
    • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and a strong financial skill set
    • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
    • Willingness to take on challenges, large or small
    • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. SQL

    SUMMER 2022 SCHEDULE
