    • Manage Social Media Platforms
    • Attend Brooklyn/Manhattan QSN events and document through Instagram stories etc
    • Research local non-profit organizations
    • Research and post about relevant and historical LGBTQI people, chefs, artists, community activists, and events
    • Assist staff in making marketing material
    • Small updates to our website
    • Manage a social calendar
  • Qualifications

    We want an enthusiastic, organized person to collaborate and learn how to run social platforms, promote events and aid in marketing campaigns! You will learn how to put ideas into motion, and grow a brand through social marketing.

    Excellent writing skills

    • Organized and good at planning
    • Vast knowledge of social media outlets
    • Experienced in HootSuite
    • Self-starter with attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and execute
    • Hashtag and tagging understanding
    • A doer/finisher aka you finish every project you start
    • Fun, creative and collaborative
    • Takes direction and executes ideas -Passion for LGBTQI experience and advocacy

    Experience with photography as well as Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop is a plus but not necessary!
