What you'll do
This position will report to the Culture and Inclusion Strategy & Alignment Leader. It is a full-time, non-exempt summer internship working 40 hours per week. This position routinely handles highly sensitive and/or confidential information and will have extensive contact with internal staff members, outside agencies, vendors, and the public.
* Design, implement, and manage programs and initiatives that align with global organizational goals and objectives.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):
* Must be currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate degree focusing in **Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant majors.**

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
This role is to remain posted for at least 7 days past its original posted date of September 28, 2026.
This position is also eligible for:
* **Relocation Assistance:** Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
