You will be working within our new, dedicated training cell. This specialized space replicates the demands of a real-world production environment, allowing you to gain hands-on experience with industrial machinery without the pressures of the active production floor. It is the ideal setting to master technical skills, focus on quality, and build your confidence under the guidance of your instructor.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position is $25.00. This position is also eligible for the 10% of base wage Night Shift Bonus (NSB). This posting is expected to close August 30th, 2026.
