R & R Excavating is now hiring for a Project Superintendent. This is a working supervisor position so heavy equipment knowledge and operating procedures is extremely important.

Duties include:

• Overseeing projects from the planning stages to completion
• Ensuring projects proceed on schedule
• Supervisory experience preferred along with the ability to maintain project schedules, coordinate materials required and work closely with subcontractors.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoe's, loaders, etc.
• Knowledge of underground water mains, sanitary sewers, etc
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
• Excavating, groundwork and underground pipe knowledge important
• Drug testing required
