    We are looking for a highly driven and collaborative Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function within a top-tiered global company. This position will act as a subject-matter expert (SME) and provide hands-on troubleshooting and customer care for all walk-in and scheduled consumer appointments. As part of the in-store service team, this role will interface with multiple departments and may have opportunities to become more involved with higher-level projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver superior customer service to all in-store staff and customers
    • Provide technical expertise to consumers on-site
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of applicable repair standards and processes
    • Assist with calibrating and maintaining test equipment, perform minor repairs, replacement or calibration of equipment or initiate contract repair or replacement orders
    • Utilize internal community to share improvements and experiences in product troubleshooting, failure analysis, diagnostics and repair techniques
    • Understand and communicate policies and procedures as it relates to repairs of products
    • Provide guidance on the use of systems associated with performing repairs and parts
    • Develop and deliver clear and concise content for product and technical training, including major product releases and continuing education
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with peers and supervisors within the department through regular interfacing with management for information exchange
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
    • HS Diploma or Equivalent
    • Call center or customer service experience preferred
    • General Office Experience preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish /any other language is a plus but not required
    • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments
    • Professional communication skills including ability to communicate policies and procedures
