We are looking for a highly driven and collaborative Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function within a top-tiered global company. This position will act as a subject-matter expert (SME) and provide hands-on troubleshooting and customer care for all walk-in and scheduled consumer appointments. As part of the in-store service team, this role will interface with multiple departments and may have opportunities to become more involved with higher-level projects.
