You will be eligible to participate in the company’s comprehensive benefit package (i.e. medical, dental, life, AD&D and long-term disability). Coverage will begin on the first of the month following your first thirty (30) days of employment. Details of the plans and costs are available on request and they will be provided to you on your first day of work.
You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement plan the first of the month following your first 30 days from your employment start date. While no guarantee, the Company in the past has matched between 20% and 30% of the employee’s contributions into the plan. At other times the match has been less. A summary of the plan will be provided to you when you begin.
Vacation Policy: 1 - 7 years continuous service = .833 day per each completed month of service up to a maximum of 10 days per calendar year
Holidays: The Company observes ten (10) paid holidays for employees.
Sick Time/PTO: After 90 days of continuous employment, a full time employee will begin to accrue sick pay at the rate of 3.33 hours for each full calendar month of continuous service to a maximum of five (5) days each calendar year.
