    THE BUSINESS ENTITY

    CISCO'S HR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (HRLP) IS NOW FLEX! FLEXis a program for upcoming HR talent to F INDtheir passion and their community; L EADtheir career and work; and EX PLOREthe world of potential in Cisco.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    The FLEX Rising Leaders program, formerly known as HRLP, is anaccelerated development program designed to grow high potential talent into key leadership roles. We do this by developing a community of innovative talent from top MBA and HR master's programs. The program consists of a series ofPeople & Communities (HR) engagements over the course of three years- with the option to take on engagementsinternationally or outside of People & Communities.

    FLEX-RLs experience high impact projectsthat enable them to lead transformational change across People & Communities as well as Cisco's business more broadly. Through these assignments, participants receive in-depth experiencesand learning in leadership roles across the People & Communitiesorganization.

    • Work on projects that will increase value to the business
    • Drive several team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments
    • Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other members of the FLEX community
    • Present analysis and recommendations on a pivotal initiative to the Senior People & Communities (HR) leadership team
    • Participate in professional development workshops, function-specific training, and business seminars often led by industry leaders

    WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

    Work on strategic projects that add significant value to Cisco, partner with experienced mentors, and collaborate with Cisco leaders. Choose your own adventure and rotate through People & Communities functions that you're passionate about.

  • Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Recently completed an MBA or a Master's degree with a concentration in Human Resources
    • You have four plus years of related work experience between Bachelor's and Master's programs or during Master's program
    • Show excellent academic credentials with comprehension of business fundamentals including finance, marketing, operations and strategy
    • You have shown leadership skills, ability to motivate change, and a working knowledge of HR competencies
    • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, partner with business units, and articulate how HR can positively impact business effectiveness
    • You have a passion for building a career in Human Resources
    • You are able to provide a current cover letter and resume at time of application
    • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
