WHAT YOU'LL DO
The FLEX Rising Leaders program, formerly known as HRLP, is anaccelerated development program designed to grow high potential talent into key leadership roles. We do this by developing a community of innovative talent from top MBA and HR master's programs. The program consists of a series ofPeople & Communities (HR) engagements over the course of three years- with the option to take on engagementsinternationally or outside of People & Communities.
FLEX-RLs experience high impact projectsthat enable them to lead transformational change across People & Communities as well as Cisco's business more broadly. Through these assignments, participants receive in-depth experiencesand learning in leadership roles across the People & Communitiesorganization.

Work on strategic projects that add significant value to Cisco, partner with experienced mentors, and collaborate with Cisco leaders. Choose your own adventure and rotate through People & Communities functions that you're passionate about.
