    ABOUT CISCO MERAKI HARDWARE OPERATIONS

    Our mission is to design, improve and optimize systems and processes across quality, product experience, manufacturing, compliance and analytics. Amid an uncertain economic outlook, the department continues to grow and thrive, collaborating with various teams including Engineering, Security, and our Joint Design Manufacturers in Asia to support our growing product lines. Motivated teams work together to deliver quality products that are:

    • continuously improved during their lifecycle,

    • are sustainable and user-centric,

    • meet or exceed global certification requirements

    • cloud enabled

    • Manufactured and analyzed to enable scaling.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    As a Hardware Engineering Operations Intern, you will have an outstanding opportunity to understand how multiple functions work, helping you decide what's a good fit for your skills and interests. Reporting directly into our inspiring office space during the 12+ week program, you will gain insight into "business as usual" operations across the department, and contribute to transformation initiatives which are focused on simplifying operations.

    We understand that everyone is unique and brings different talents to work, so we will tailor your internship to you! Your background, experience and preferences will be factors taken into consideration to define the teams you have the most exposure to and the initiative(s) you'll support. We recognize that ongoing support is central in providing a meaningful intern experience: so you will be assigned an enthusiastic mentor who will help ensure your integration into Cisco Meraki life is seamless: Connecting with team members, introducing you to the tools and processes, as well as providing feedback and guidance throughout the program.

    • Current studying at Bachelor / Masters level (or equivalent) in Engineering, Operations or any related field

    • Enthusiastic: a great teammate

    • Clear and effective communicator

    • Keen, fast and proactive learner who seeks out feedback

    • Enjoys working across multiple time zones, languages and environment
