    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Strategic Operations, Customer Innovation Office  Location: Virtual USA  Expected Start Date: June 2021  Contract Duration: 2-3 months (8-12 weeks) *with potential opportunity to extend

     

    In this role, you’ll:

     

    You'll partner closely with the Chief of Staff for the North America Customer Innovation Office and be responsible (with guidance  ) for completing tasks across the following core areas:

    • ANALYTICS: Refine and manage executive engagement request analytics dashboard
      • Conduct regular reporting on strategic insights and trends analysis pertaining to executive customer engagements, executive guest appearances, and other executive sponsorship requests
    • MARKET RESEARCH: identify competitive trends & cloud financial drivers to incorporate into executive talk tracks
      • Deliver competitive analysis and research projects on potential new growth markets, partnerships, etc. to support strategy creation
      • Help bridge the gap between current events and opportunities for SAP solutioning & thought leadership through continuous research
    • COMMUNICATIONS: Support employee engagement efforts - timeline management, script writing, ideation, social media amplification, capturing key takeaways
      • Assist in ad hoc tasks in preparation for employee engagement series and other internal field communications
  • Qualifications

    • Ability to set timeline expectations, meet deadlines and work independently
    • Innate curiosity to understand the enterprise technology space
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent research skills; ability to take vast quantities of information of varying quality and distill to high value points
    • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
    • Excellent organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail
    • Awesome excel skills preferred
