    What you'll do

    The Adoption and Success Marketing Execution Specialist is a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong “can-do” attitude. The primary focus is to support the execution of marketing strategies in a cross-functional environment to create awareness for our SAP Services and Support offerings, and ultimately accelerate adoption and consumption of SAP software. This includes creating content and syndicating it across key channels, supporting lead generation through events, the SAP Store, and campaigns, and providing marketing operational support – all to promote our offerings to our target audience of customers, partners, press, and analysts. Offerings are also promoted to SAP employees to ensure transparency as ambassadors of our brand narrative.

    • Content Creation & Syndication - Assist in the development of a core set of compelling assets for key SAP Services and Support topics to help customers accelerate time to value and ensure adoption and consumption across their solution lifecycle. Help to identify asset gaps and coordinate the creation of new content as needed. Manage vendors to ensure quality content is delivered on-budget and one-time. Publish and help amplify content through various internal and external channels and platforms as appropriate.
    • Event Support - Support the event lead to integrate and manage the SAP Services and Support presence in tier 1 events to enable the delivery of holistic, high-impact events in the new hybrid onsite and virtual model.
    • SAP Store Onboarding - Assist the team in onboarding new services to the SAP Store including requirements validation, submissions process management for a timely go-live, and on-going communication through entire process.
    • Operational Support - Assist the Head of Adoption and Success Marketing in the set-up and coordination of general operational needs including team meetings, status reports, communications, stakeholder alignment, and other tasks as needed.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree is required (marketing or related major is preferred)
    • 1-3 years of marketing experience is required (internship experience will be considered)
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills are required
    • Good organizational and project management skills with accountability to meet goals and timelines (small to medium-scaled projects) are required
    • Proficient English language skills are required
    • Proactive and curious mindset that works well in a self-directed manner is required
    • Ability to navigate a matrixed global organization and in a highly virtual team environment is required
    • This role is based out of Newtown Square, PA and requires travel up to 20%

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 64,400 - 146,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
