PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The mission of Global Post Sales Operations (GPSO) as part of the board area Global Business Operations (GBO) is to ensure a seamless post sales experience for all customers across all Lines of Business, spanning all the way from entitlement, cloud delivery to renewal. Key objectives are the simplification and harmonization of post sales processes and services in close alignment with SAP’s development, sales and support teams. The Cloud Transformation team drives service improvements based on customer pain points and efficiency goals. The main leaver for service and process harmonization and simplification is the Build Customer for Life (BC4L) program – one of the TopX Run Simple programs of SAP. In addition, the team ensures that certifications and attestations expected by customers are available to outline reliable processes. The main goal are superior cloud services for our customers.
