The Early Talent career starters program offers a fast paced and challenging learning environment, and is an ideal starting opportunity for a career in Consulting. You will develop the fundamental skills to become a successful consultant, including stakeholder and customer management. You will gain a deep understanding of the cloud business model, as well as the ERP processes across functional borders.

AS THE SAP USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for the design of SAP’ s front-end and overall user experience for our customers and their end-users
• Conduct User Interviews and User Research
• Moderate, Lead, and Facilitate User workshops
• Create UX personas and story boards
• Design graphical prototypes, mock-ups, screen layouts, and user interfaces
• Interact with onsite team members to ensure alignment of user experience, design, and project objectives
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients
• Continuous professional learning of SAP products
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.  Utilize available time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.  Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Web Development, or other relevant degree.
• Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.
• Creative, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
• Open to travel Up to 100%.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Knowledgeable on Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Visual Design
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and/or SAP BUILD
• Familiar with SAP UX solutions such as Fiori, Personas, and WebIDE
• Good Understanding of SAP’s Business solutions such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA
• Good Understanding of SAP Leonardo
• Any exposure to application development tools such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, or SAP UI5 would be a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any relevant work experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Prior experience involving client/customer interaction is a plus
