PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Successful candidates will develop the skills to create, manage and execute a plan that supports an SAP solution with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Participate in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Provide functional product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP products, including providing application and process specific solution consulting (for a specific application: support Fit-Gap workshops, implementation, support execution of testing, go live support, and post go live support)
• Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans.  Acts as a liaison with customers for troubleshooting: investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.
• Ability to provide assistance to team members in the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
• A record of taking initiative (self starter), driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Must be able to problem solve.
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
• Provide support in escalated projects
• Support of pre-sales activities
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
• Exposure to business processes is helpful.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.
• Strong preference for completion of SAP course work at an SAP University Alliance School.
• Strong preference for development experience in one or more programming languages like C, C++, Objective C, Java, C#, ASP, .NET, and PHP among others is a plus.
• Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
• Must be open to travel.
• Must be willing to relocate to Newtown Square, PA.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 6 months to - 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience.
• Prefer prior experience involving client/customer interaction involving a business process.
