EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Exposure to Retail, Logistics or Manufacturing business processes is helpful
- Participate in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Provide functional product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP products, including providing application and process specific solution consulting (for a specific application: support Fit-Gap workshops, implementation, support execution of testing, go live support, and post go live support)
- Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Acts as a liaison with customers for troubleshooting: investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.
- Ability to provide assistance to team members in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
- A record of taking initiative (self starter), driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Must be able to problem solve.
