    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS :

    • Participate in initial training and acquire certifications in SAP Cloud HCM products, technologies and methodologies
    • Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through: Prepare, Realize, Verify and Launch phases and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
    • Follow best-practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document by the LOB consultant
    • Perform application configuration using the tools and features of the product like rules, workflows etc.
    • Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services
    • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM product-suite configuration options
    • Liaison with field consultants & offshore teams for project delivery bridging the gap for localization knowledge & time-zone difference
    • Work with LOB Consultants and offshore team to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption
    • Guide and provide assistance to team members nearshore and offshore, on a variety of topics.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources, Computer Science or other relevant degree.
    • Strong preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.
    • Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.
    • Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.
    • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
    • Open to travel up to 20%
    • Willing to relocate to Pittsburgh.

    Skillset :

    • Human Resources/Payroll Knowledge strongly preferred.
    • XML skills required
    • Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
    • Business requirement analysis and design
    • Cloud concepts and understanding

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience.
    • Prior experience involving client/customer interaction is a plus
