  • Responsibilities

    Performs and/or supports testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications. Communicates with product developers and technical support specialists on product issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilizes education and basic skills to define and/or address project needs.

    • Primary focus is on developing skills and learning company policies and procedures as well as specific products and/or verticals such as Healthcare.

    • Works with smaller and/or less complex assignments. May assist more experienced employees with tasks to broaden professional skills.

    • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

    • Guidance and instruction is readily available and work is closely monitored until incumbent exhibits the necessary skills and confidence to handle projects more independently

    • Analyzes test output to ensure functionality regression and new feature of the products during a release cycle.

    • Participates in code reviews for test scripts within the test group.

    • Documents test scripts in a common repository and logs product failure issues into the problem tracking system.

    • Assists in the design of test cases for assigned products, building of test systems and automation of tests under the direction of more senior analysts.

    • Works with project teams and content experts to execute test plans; creates manual and automated test cases test cases based on design and requirements.

  • Qualifications

    Scholar Requirements:

    • Applicants must be currently enrolled students for the entire duration of the internship to qualify

    • Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Management Information Systems

    • Required GPA: 3.0

    • Work Examples: Use of Selenium and or Zephyr tools.
