  • Responsibilities
    • Prospect and identify sales opportunities for CEO through aggressive outbound calling, email interaction and follow up
    • Educate prospects on company value proposition and service offering, while understanding their institution, objectives, budgets, timelines, key decision makers and obstacles
    • Qualify and schedule demos for CEO
    • Manage daily schedule and list of prospects for outreach
    • Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings
    • Document, log and review your daily sales activities and KPIs

  • Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling, prospecting and relationship building for sales
    • Solid track record of achieving aggressive goals and targets
    • Experience prospecting and setting appointments with medium to large organizations
    • Confidence on the phone and a closing instinct
    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
    • Managing sales activity with a CRM
  • Compensation
    $40-45K Base + 30K Target Commission
