ABOUT THE SAP RETURNSHIP PROGRAM  

SAP’s Returnship Program is a 20 week paid returnship targeting mid-career professionals who’ve taken a 2+ year career break for caregiving, relocation or military service. WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a Change Coordinator to join our Service Integration & Management Governance Team, ideally located in the Pacific time zone.

You will be responsible for quality assurance of the Change process and ensure adherence of this process. You will also be responsible for working across the business to support and guide resources through the required steps to implement systems related change. Change coordinators will have off shift coverage periods. Specifically Sunday-Wednesday (9 am-7 pm). 

• Ensuring that the standard process is followed and adhered to

• Ensuring, quality review of the change along with presenting change over the CAB & change validation meeting.

• Ensuring the Change goes through the complete lifecycle of the Change Request procedure.

• Assessing the conflict of changes in the environment.

• Resource readiness for the change implementation

• Ensuring the change management process is functional and proactively monitoring it to ensure process effectiveness

• Providing support across other Service Management processes and tooling to ensure cohesiveness

• Creating and ensuring that scheduled reports and KPI's are created and delivered on time

• Reviewing Change performance reports for trends, gaps and improvements

WHAT YOU BRING 

We are looking for someone who is ready to re-enter the workforce with fresh new perspective and motivation. 

•     Prior experience in supporting Change Management from an ITIL perspective
•     Strong data analysis and metric driven reporting understanding / experience
•     Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
•     Familiarity with SaaS Cloud applications and networking concepts, change in an Ops environment
•     Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts as well as IT technical and support personnel
•     Ability to time manage and juggle a variety of short and long term responsibilities
•     Preferred experience with ServiceNow
