  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented, problem solver to join our hyper-growth company and oversee successful deployment of WELL’s messaging suite.

    In the role of Succes Lead, you will oversee the use of the WELL for our clients who have already completed their implementation of the platform.

    • You will be responsible for monitoring usage of WELL, and triaging and resolving issues that you identify or our clients report to us.
    • You will also be responsible for the long-term relationship between WELL and the clients you support.
    • This includes leading recurring meetings with the client, conducting annual reviews of client performance, leading clients through deployments of new features or enhancements to their setup, and guiding clients into upsell opportunities.
    • You’ll be working with multiple levels of external stakeholders (daily users, C-level, client IT, etc) at large medical groups and health systems, as well as our own team (integration, engineering, sales, and success) to ensure the successful use of WELL by our clients.
    • Technology roll-out, a data measurement plan, and stakeholder communications are all part of your purview, and your success will ultimately be measured by how happy and successful our customers are with their use of WELL.

    Successful candidates will have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Skills we are looking for include: Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Software Maintenance, Software Testing, & Client/Vendor Relationship management.

    • B.S. or B.A. degree or higher with at least a 3.5 GPA
    • Exceptional oral and written presentation skills with a high degree of organization
    • Refined ability to logically analyze, resolve, and communicate solutions to complex issues
    • Proven success in building and maintaining both internal and external client relationships
