In this role, you’ll:

• Analysis of media coverage of Concur to identify trends and opportunities for PR planning
• Working on the Voice of the Customer process and strategy
• Plan, develop, and implement strategic social media and public relations initiatives
• Communicating the Platform and Strategy for Global SMB
• Pairing employees between different geographies to share best practices to increase collaboration
• Creating and publishing weekly newsletters to existing Concur employees

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in General Business or Communications field
• “News Junkie”- constant consumption of online/print/broadcast media
• Ability to adhere to established deadlines
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• An analytical mind; able to bring new ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes
