As a ConsenSys intern you will be embedded with one of our teams and receive 1-to-1 mentorship while making real contributions towards building the Internet of tomorrow.

This paid summer internship is completely remote (i.e. not in an office) and is on the MythX team.

About the MythX team:

• The MythX team is building a SaaS solution that brings advanced security analysis directly into smart contract development environments.
• The current team is made up of about 9 development squads working on different components and services that go to make up the MythX product. There are Marketing and Business managers.
• The role would be to work mainly with the Marketing and Business managers on raising awareness of MythX product in the community, and also to engage with the development squad teams to learn about existing community activities and connections to build upon.
• You will learn how to engage and develop a community awareness using social media and any other marketing options at the team's disposal.
• You also will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and approaches in community engagement.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Join Marketing & Business calls, collaborate on ideas for community engagement and then execute on these.
• Engage with the MythX developers and learn about existing community connections to build on.
• Follow up on any community leads.
• Reach out to other ConsenSys community leads and leverage any best practices that the MythX team could use.

• Published among the earliest decompositions of the DAO hack
• Helped INFURA scale to serve more than 40 million request per day
• Contributed code to uPort, Boardroom, Weifund, the Proof-of-Physical-Address project and the original Ujo Music prototype—one of the most heavily transacted-with smart contracts in the first six months of the Ethereum mainnet.

Ideal Experience and Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
• Some experience in using social media to raise product / service awareness.
• Ability to networks across the team and within Consensys
• Can work remotely

• Be a self starter with good time management given the role is remote.
