    SUCCESSFACTORS is a complete, cloud-based human resource management (HR) system that covers everything from payroll to employee engagement. The SAP SuccessFactors team is seeking an entry-level CONTENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE. As part of the Customer Support Representative team, you will manage, import, and troubleshoot customer’s courses in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Duties will specifically relate to the Premium Content Management service offering within the Education team. You will be part of a team that is focused on customer success.

    JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Provide deployment, testing, and support services for online courseware in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Serve as general subject matter expert for online learning standards (AICC and SCORM) and how content works with the SAP SuccessFactors LMS application.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Provide timely, detailed documentation of all customer/partner interactions and test results according to established support processes and tools.
    • Assume other duties as assigned or required.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field including business, IT or other computer-related field with 0-2 years of relevant work experience including internships.
    • Detail-oriented, customer focused, and technically-inclined problem solver.
    • Enthusiastic, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor

    OPTIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.
    • Experience with a major CRM application (RightNow, ZenDesk, Remedy, Pivotal, etc.).
    • Customer Support experience
    • knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML a plus
    • Knowledge of network architecture, and TCP/IP a plus
    • Knowledge of the AICC and SCORM learning standards a plus
    • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably the SuccessFactors LMS.
    • English/Spanish bilingual language both speaking and writing a plus
