Customer Service Representative
Position description:
Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD) is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records. This position is a blend between Customer Service and Technical Support. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service over the phone while helping customers navigate the company website, as well as providing technical support as needed. Other responsibilities could include working on assigned projects and packaging documents for mailing. This opportunity will involve problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.

Available to work 11 am - 8 pm. Dependable, reliable. Detail oriented and outgoing personality. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. PC knowledge and data entry experience
