EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 11–August 17

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Evaluate performance of existing health score algorithm based on new and updated data feeds
• Analyze large datasets to identify leading indicators of churn across customer segments and behavioral profiles
• Recommend datasets that should be incorporated into updated health score algorithm to predict account and product-level churn
• Develop machine learning algorithms based on available data to quantify churn risk of accounts; leverage random forest, logistic regression, and other statistical techniques

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Information Management
• Proficiency in and ability to use Hadoop, SQL, Spark, Hive, Python, R, Python, Tableau
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Self- starter with the initiative to ask questions and seek out challenges
