THE OPPORTUNITY

As a DevOps Engineer at Xactly Corporation, you will work in the mysterious field of production operations where the intersection of software development, software deployment, data centers, cloud infrastructure, and customers meet. You will work on one or more of the following projects, cloud infrastructure build automation, integrating automation into web-based UI, and/or using cloud-based APIs to automate application and database changes.

THE SKILL SET:

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Must have programming experience with Python.
• Familiarity with web-based programming. (Python Flask a plus, but not required.)
• Familiarity with Linux based Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

BY THE END OF YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU’LL

• From an engineering perspective, understand the inner workings of a SaaS company from development processes to production deployment.
• Gain experience in developing software that supports large production deployments.

Pay: $24.40/hr

Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
