    THE CHALLENGE

    Qualtrics is looking for a digital marketer with a data-driven mindset to manage the conversion rate optimization of qualtrics.com. The ideal candidate for this role is highly data-oriented and focused on identifying areas of opportunity and ways to challenge the status-quo and improve our digital user experience, ultimately resulting in increased pipeline.

    EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS

    • Work cross functionally with our Creative, Web Engineering, SEO, Paid Search, Email, Sales, ABM teams to optimize all digital marketing channels on qualtrics.com via data driven marketing 
    • Global conversion rate optimization: Management and development of the website conversion optimization program - including A/B testing, iteration, and proliferation of learnings, etc. Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests. Work with regional teams to design tests and roll out winners globally. 
    • Feedback management on the website: Run Qualtrics on Qualtrics.com, including site intercept, feedback surveys, etc.
    • On-site advertising: Management and optimization of the banners, intercepts, and resources modules to promote our own marketing and collateral on the website in an effort to maximize opportunities and lead capture
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    • 1-2 years of web optimization or relevant marketing experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Statistics, Business, UX,  etc.)
    • Experience with Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool
    • Experience with A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Mutiny or something similar) 
    • Exemplary written communication skills with high attention to detail 
    • Understanding of the importance of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
    • Willing to challenge the status quo, test new ideas that are risks to drive value
    • User experience and research focused
    • A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on-time and on budget
    • Familiarity with HTML & CSS

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
    • Proficiency in WordPress 
    • Familiarity with Marketo 
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana 
    • Proficiency with Qualtrics Website App Feedback 
    • Experience/exposure to chat bot tools (Drift)
