This internship will help provide a strong foundation and plenty of upside for growth for an individual who wants to be a digital marketer. Learn skills in digital marketing related to content creation, organic and paid (PPC) search, as well as social media.
Rotate with two marketing teams (Retail and Brand Experience) to train on various aspects of digital marketing and have an opportunity to work on website and brand campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the execution of various daily tasks in multiple digital marketing channels including SEO, Email, content marketing, social media and more
Learn to use in-house digital marketing tools and create monthly KPI reporting and marketing analytics
Assist the retail team with day-to-day mgmt. of social media channels and online branding initiatives
Analyze social media reports and adjust current strategies to optimize results in the future and propose new marketing campaign ideas
Maintain social media marketing calendar and generate ideas for unique content for tweets, blog posts and other content
Scholar Requirements:
Applicants must be currently enrolled students for the entire duration of the internship to qualify
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Communication, Business
Required GPA: 3.0
Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn while managing multiple tasks
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising and branding
Online marketing experience preferred
Proficiency with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Wordpress preferred
