This is a formal internship offering aligned with Infor’s Education Alliance Program that offers students currently enrolled at a college or university access to cutting edge industry knowledge and solutions expertise.

Qualified Scholars will be placed on a specific team within an Infor department to gain comprehensive work experience. Select Scholars will have an opportunity to rotate between departments completing challenging industry-based work.

• Provide training, registration, and coordination support to Infor customers, partners and employees via email and phone.

• Track and measure training results and provide facility, materials management, and instructor support.

• Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and perform multiple tasks simultaneously is critical in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely entry of new courses, sessions and instructor assignment in Learning Management System.

• Respond in a timely manner based on established turnaround times to training and customer service requests from customers, partners, and employees

• Respond to requests for corporate classroom reservations in a timely manner, giving priority to training-related activities

• Enter/cancel/complete tracks, courses, and sessions in Infor’s Learning Management System (LMS)

• Generate classroom utilization and class registration/cancellation reports on a regular basis

• Provide accurate and quality answers and status reports to internal customers in a timely manner

• Assist in materials management and facility preparation activities for customer, partner and employee virtual and classroom training classes

• Assist in Operations projects or tasks completing tasks or deliverables with accuracy and within the provided deadlines

• Participate in team or department meetings providing updates and solutions to current challenges

• Respond to instructor inquiries regarding facilities, classroom supplies, technology issues etc.

• Escalate issues as needed to management; effectively communicate issues and develop recommendation(s) for solution(s)

• Applicants must be currently enrolled students for the entire duration of the internship to qualify

• Applicants must successfully complete and pass a practical exam administered by Education Operations
