We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our creative and marketing department and provide creative ideas and execution to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our director of creative and marketing and team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Performing market analysis, research on competition, analysis of latest trends
• Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist with daily administrative duties.
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Create and/or post to social media channels
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, web)
• Help distribute marketing materials
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Experience and Skills:

• Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a passion for marketing and outstanding multitasking abilities
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Google suite
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the fall semester
