Field IT Support Technician
Position description:
As a Field IT Support Technician for Reynolds and Reynolds, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Training:
You will be assigned a territory after a 7 week paid training course in College Station, Texas is completed. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous technical experience or training required. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis. Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas. Good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years. Good communication skills. Customer service experience. A+ certified is a plus
