    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the Field Marketing Manager for North America's Central region, you will play a key role in supporting the sales strategy of your regions with the production, and execution of a dedicated strategic marketing plan. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Field Marketing and working closely with the regional sales managers, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of dedicated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention. This is a hugely varied role which will encompass the full array of marketing disciplines across multiple countries in a strategically important growth region for Xactly.

    THE TEAM

    Xactly's Global Field Marketing is a small, but tight knit team who has experience working across large enterprise and startup-style companies. We bring a myriad of ideas, tactics, and strategies from our backgrounds to drive top of the funnel lead activity and pipeline. We partner across all marketing functions, including lead generation, product, and the sales organisation to ensure our go-to-market strategy is supported through the right marketing campaigns and programs to drive top of funnel volume and support company growth. We are committed to help drive sales through the right programs, channels, tactics, and content to tell the Xactly story across the globe!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Pipeline creation and acceleration!
    • In close collaboration with your sales counterparts in the regions you are responsible for, crafting and executing the Marketing Strategy and tactics to generate demand
    • Planning and creating innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive awareness, support key pitches and generate new leads for the regions you are responsible for
    • Organise and attend events to market the Xactly portfolio of products.
    • Produce and promote case studies for clients within your region
    • Monitor field marketing programs to evaluate their efficiency and effectively, and report on the results of the marketing activities within your region.
    • Schedule and leverage our Executive Briefing Center.

    THE SKILL SET:

    • 5-7 years of marketing experience preferred
    • Experience with working with various supporting technologies including but not limited to CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce or MS Dynamics), marketing automation solutions (e.g. Marketo or Pardot)
    • Ability to work with and influence colleagues at multiple levels of the organisation
    • A proven track record in driving business results
    • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
    • Motivational and collaborative approach to team working
    • Sound understanding of the best practice principles of branding, corporate communication and PR
    • Experience of managing agencies and other external suppliers
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to quickly identify and solve problems
    • Demonstrate integrity and high level of ethical standards
    • High levels of competency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Hands-on approach and can-do attitude
    • Prior experience in a startup, you understand the nuances and ins and outs of high growth startups
    • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience and certifications

    WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

    • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
    • Build relationships with internal business partners Marketing leadership, Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, Sales Leaders, Lead Generation, Solutions Consulting team, and Account Executives
    • Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves - earning your SPM Certification from Xactly University.

    WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know about the regions you are responsible for

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Begin to see tangible results from marketing strategy and tactics that you have been developing over the past 6-months

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact to the marketing originated pipeline for the regions you are responsible for.
    • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen

    Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.

    Salary Range: $75,000 - $88,000 + Semi Annual Bonus
