    The Challenge

    The Qualtrics Finance Team is looking for that special someone to accompany the number-crunching group. Do you want to have a huge impact on the company’s financial practice? Renewals is at the heart of any SaaS company, especially at Qualtrics where we have aggressive financial growth happening right now. We need the right person to join our unstoppable force and keep the Renewals engine running smoothly.

    We are looking for a full-time Renewals Specialist who knows how to work across internal teams, solve complex problems, and make the renewals process a fantastic experience for our clients. If you have a Bachelor’s degree or are graduating this coming Spring/Summer, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming of.

    Expectations for Success

    You’ll know you’re doing an excellent job when all your clients look forward to your calls. You’ll be analytical, organized, and be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. You can talk numbers and have possible experience in accounts receivable or customer service.

    A Day in the Life

    • You help retain and expand client subscriptions, the lifeblood of the SaaS business model.

    • You will quarterback the renewal experience, from reaching out to confirm a renewal, through negotiation and invoicing.

    • Make following up on renewals a bonding and pleasing experience between you and our clients.

    • Respond professionally to client requests on time.

    • Work collaboratively with our sales and customer success representatives who close deals and negotiate renewals all day, every single day.
