Internship Description

EZLynx’s Finance department is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst/Accounting Intern. As a Financial Analyst at an exciting InsureTech SAAS company, you will work on projects ranging from monthly review of financial and operational performance and analytical modeling to in-depth cause and effect analyses, revenue analyses, and expense analyses. You will work to develop and evaluate metrics to help the company make strategic data-driven decisions. You will have the opportunity to give a presentation to senior management at the end of your internship.

Essential Duties

• Analyze revenues and revenue data and develop reporting and present recommendations to senior management
• Analyzing revenues and expenses and developing business cases
• Preparing and developing financial and operational reporting and analytics

• Demonstrated success in a classroom setting with a natural curiosity and desire to learn

• Ability to work in a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts
• Ability to work 12 consecutive (40 hr) weeks between June-August
