We are seeking Full Stack Developers to help build Parachute’s suite of web applications which concentrate on improving care delivery and filling health care service gaps. As a member of Parachute's software development group, you will help contribute to front-end development, back-end development, data modeling, QA/ testing, and application deployment. Ideal candidates have a strong computer science background, experience building web applications, and a passion for healthcare reform.

• Design and develop end-user interfaces using JavaScript/CSS and mobile development frameworks

• Help to create, maintain, and utilize a sophisticated development environment using modern automation, deployment, QA/testing, and collaboration tools

• Handle back-end development of APIs, database access/management services, business logic, authentication/authorization services, 3rd party integrations, etc.

• Stand-up development, continuous integration, testing, and deployment environment using Git, AWS, Jenkins and other appropriate tools

• Strong CS background with excellent Javascript/HTML5/CSS proficiency and understanding of web technology, server-side, and web browser architecture fundamentals
• Full stack web development (a major MVC back-end framework, HTML/CSS/Javascript, database design and management)
• Web Application Architecture/Technical Design (idiomatic RESTful web service design, OOP class design, performance/bottleneck analysis, etc.)
• RDBMS: MySQL/ PostgreSQL; NoSQL: MongoDB
• Git, Atlassian Suite
• Development Testing: Jasmine BDD, Karma/ Istanbul; JUnit, EclEmma
• Jenkins CI or similar, Amazon AWS deployment
