FINAL INTERN APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 23, 2021

Our PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERNS work closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the International Product Management team, you bridge technical and business worlds as you design features with engineering and then zoom out to lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. We are looking for a Product Management intern to focus on usability and support asks for our International product offerings.

You will communicate with customers, sales, support and marketing teams to enhance our current materials and suggest improvements. You will assist and eventually conduct customer interviews to understand customer pain points.

• Work closely with the cross functional teams
• Bring fresh idea and analytics to product development
• Run through UAT and testing of enterprise UCaaS solutions

LEARNING SKILLS/OUTCOMES:

• Learn documentation and presentation skills
• Improve interpersonal and communication skills
• Learn billing models of a SaaS Enterprise Business
• Apply quantitative skills to solve real life problems

AVAILABILITY:
